Replaces the appearance of a piece of headgear with the Topaz Shardcrown. Its effect scales with your maximum number of Frenzy Charges. It also replaces your Frenzy Charges with floating shards.
Helmet effects can be applied in the Cosmetics tab of your Inventory. They apply to any helmets you equip.
