  • (in Development Manifesto) "...reservation skills no longer have an associated cost by default, so you don't need the current mana available to reserve a skill..." As a result of this, Blessing support will no longer require mana to cast auras and it will no longer count as spent mana for things that gain benefits from spending mana recently.
