Item acquisition

Can only drop in the Azurite Mine.

Can be acquired in one of two ways:

Is sometimes sold by Niko the Mad for 1 000 Azurite
As a drop In the following Biome:
- Frozen Hollow
- Magma Fissure
- Mines

Spawn Weight Multipliers

Using this fossil multiplies the spawn weights of all modifiers with defences tags by 0, "flat_life_regen" tags by .1, and life tags by 10.
