3.19.0	Now has 10-15% Chance to Block Attack Damage (previously 8%). A Divine Orb can be used to update existing versions of this unique to the new values.
2.6.0	No longer has Reduced Movement Speed mod.
1.3.0	Chance to block has been reduced from 10% to 8%. Life gained on block has been increased from 30-40 to 34-48. Mana gained on block has been increased from 10-20 to 10-24. Damage reflected to attackers on block has been increased from 200-250 to 240-300.
