Socket each of the following Watchstone types into a Citadel on your Atlas:

Crimson Watchstone, Cobalt Watchstone, Viridian Watchstone, and Golden Watchstone can be found while doing the conqueror quests by progressing through the endgame content which is by slaying the conquerors in each region to spawn Sirus.

Chromium Watchstone, Platinum Watchstone, and Titanium Watchstone are considered “craftable watchstone” and they can only be found from doing the maven quests which is by inviting her(activate Maven’s Beacon) to your map to witness your boss fight. Or you can skip all these just buy the watchstones as the links have been given to each of their own names respectively, equip the watchstone in your citadel slot of your atlas UI to complete these challenges.

As for the Unique Watchstone can only be obtained from Maven and Sirus drops. You could also buy any cheap unique watchstones from a player to complete this challenge easily at a cheap price.
