Harmony of Purpose
Harmony of Purpose is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Guardian that grants Conduit to you and nearby party members, and prevents nearby enemies from generating endurance charge, frenzy charge or power charges. It also grants the user a chance to generate a random charge on hit.
